"Breakfast was acceptable. Not a typical “American” or “English” style, but sufficient. Staff was great. This location is about 30 mins by taxi from inner city. No optimal for travelers who are sightseeing in the city. Taxi will be about $30-$40 usd to get down town. However the taxis are efficient and quicker than any other form. Rooms are great! Bed and AC work well. Shower and bathroom is excellent and clean. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower. Other free personal hygiene products included in the bathroom. "

"The room has an excellent sea-view which you can see Fuji mountain if the weather is clear. Room itself is comfy and neat. There’re cafe and convenient stores on the lobby level. We highly recommend and would definitely come back!"

"Very roomy and comfortable room with a 24 hrs lawson in the resort. Has transfers to all the things you want to go to. Excellent location close to all things you are seeking. Wished we stayed longer with an onsen next door. Loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again"

"Airport shuttle and breakfast was not available. But it was showing both included when I booked hotel. So I paid extra for both $ 21+20=$41.00. Also I paid $35 extra for early check in and check out. JAL hotel should give flexible check ins because customers check in depends on flight arrival time. I guess JAL serves mostly airports customers. I travel lots South Asia and Europe last 20 years but never have issue like this. Otherwise I was good. Thanks"

"Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There were so many dining options to choose from, and every day we tried a different restaurant. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of cuisines and excellent quality. It never felt repetitive, and we were always excited for the next dining experience. The swimming pool was also beyond incredible — easily one of the best hotel pools we have ever experienced. It was beautiful, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. My son absolutely loved it and had the best time during our stay. Seeing how happy he was made the experience even more special for our family. As for the facilities, there is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was modern, clean, luxurious, and very well organized. You can really feel the high standards throughout the entire hotel. Most importantly, the staff were truly exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality was easily 10/10 and made us feel welcomed and cared for every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It was an unforgettable experience."
