"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. "The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. "Hard to find the location. Not all know the hotel. I was lucky the trishaw owner knew the hotel. Surrounding is so dim at night but area main road many restaurants and interesting places. You need to take grabbike or else. Do not forget bring along "suitable international charger". The receiption gave his charger to me and I returned it after check out.thank you, unique house. The mosque also very close."

"Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked!
