Good value for the money, especially if you don’t expect proper ultra all-inclusive 5-star hotel. Though the food is 90% the same day by day, you can find something to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful, but barely speak English.

I like it is next to beach, dinning is ok. Foods is always on time with extra foods. Beach and communal area is clean. Staffs are works very hard. However, Staffs are not speak English except Yaqub, Dinara. Also do not have fasilaties UK peoples charger for Laptop/phone. Room clean only when you ask.

Lamada Armas Otelinde konakladım ve genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Öncelikle ilk karşılama gayet sıcak ve kibardı. Müdüre Hanım’a özellikle teşekkür ederim, çok ilgiliydi. Odalar temizdi, minibar yeterliydi; bira, kola ve soda bulunuyordu. Akşam yemeğinde çeşit sezon başlangıcı olduğu için biraz sınırlıydı ama sunulan ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Diğer otellerde her şeyden biraz alıp hiçbirini keyifle yiyememektense, burada az ama kaliteli ürünler sunulmasını daha çok beğendim. Sezon yeni başladığı için disco açıktı ama fazla kişi yoktu. Sezon ortasında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim. Otelin deniz kenarında olması büyük bir avantaj. Plajı ve denizi oldukça temizdi. Barlar şu anda 10:00 - 24:00 saatleri arasında hizmet veriyor. Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından gayet başarılı bir otel. Memnun kaldım, tavsiye ederim.

Cleanliness and facilities were very nice and rich. The biggest downturn was the staff that treated us poorly after addressing them in Turkish. After talking in English, they were nice and helpful. It is a great pity how the staff is treating locals....

OK hotel

The hotel is well located, has a nice gravely beach. An all inclusive so the food is not their strength. However, it's a good value for money. Don't recommend the Spa at all. Lack or cleanliness and professionalism. So don't waste your money using them. Stick to the beach and other facilities

Tereddütsüz Gidebilirsiniz

Merhabalar Otelde 2021 Ramazan Bayramı arifesi ile bayramın bitişine kadar toplamda 4 gece konakladık. Arkadaşlar otel fevkaladenin fevkinde, muhteşem ötesi, süper vb. tüm güzel sıfatları hak ediyor. Beğenmeyen, olumsuz yorum yapan arkadaşların konakladıklarını veya gerçek olduklarını düşünmüyorum. Otele girişte resepsiyondaki Veysel bey, Cabbar Bey ilgi alakaları ile gayet güzel bi oda verdiler. Yemekler muhteşem, Çalışan tüm arkadaşlar acayip ilgili ve Türk yabancı ayrımı yapmadan sizinle ilgileniyorlar ve son derece saygılılar. Üst, baş, kılık, kıyafet düzenleri gayet iyi idi. Havuz temizliği ve sahil düzeni gayet güzeldi. Deniz muhteşem derecede berrak durumda, sadece giderken deniz ayakkabısı ile girilmeli. 4 Gün sonunda son derece memnun olarak tatilimizi bitirdik. Otelin ve misafirlerin her şeyi ile ilgilenen Deniz Hanım'a da teşekkürler ediyorum. Her şey iyi güzelde her şey mi mükemmeldi dediğinizi duyar gibiyim. Tabi ki eksikleri var. Örneğin otelde yerleşim ile ilgili bir problem gözlemledim. Restoran'a girer girmez kapının önünde Tatlı reyonunun olması kuyruklara yol açıyor ve girişi tıkayabiliyor. Izgara reyonu üvey evlat gibi arka tarafta bir yere konumlandırılmış. Restoran'da yeniden düzenleme yapılmalı diye düşünüyorum. Diğer bir yerleşim sıkıntısı Aquaparkın ve bar bölümü eğer sorarsanız bulabilirsiniz çünkü otelin dışında bulunmaktadır. Bence bu bölümü otelin yanında bulunan yeşil alana monte edebilirler.

Welcome to Hell without air condition!

Bu otele 5 yıldız fazla. Turizm Bakanlığı denetleyip 2 yıldızı geri almalı. Kapasite fazla ama altyapı yetersiz, personel yetersiz müşteriye yetemiyorlar. Antalya'da Ağustos sıcağında bayram zehir oldu. Klimayı bugün yapacağız yarın yapacağız derken ziyan oldu günler. Lobi harici serin bir yeri yoktu restoranda ter içinde yemek ye. Oda kaynıyor. Her yerde sıra var. Sonra Türk turist memnuniyetsiz deniyor. Koridorlar kirli. O kadar güzel bir tesis ancak bu kadar kötü işletilir. Yemekler güzeldi ama sıcaktan bir şey anlamıyorsun. Ne sosyal mesafeye dikkat edebiliyorsun kalabalıktan ne hijyene. Bari deniz güzel olsun diyorsun ama pislik içinde denizi de. Tekneciler pisliğini dökmüş gibi. Tek olumlu yanı güneşlikler ve yemeklerin kalabalık olmadanki hali idi. Personel yetersizliğinden girişte 1 saat bekliyorsunuz. Misafir ilişkileri idare etme üzerine kurulu. 5 yıldızına aldanıp gelmeyin, Ege'nin gözünü seveyim.
