"Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. "

"This property was everything we needed for a mini family reunion of sorts. We had 3 different families stay and others come join us for meals and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. Clean, spacious, with all the necessities for hosting that many people.. highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a home away from home in Cardiff."

"House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money."
