"Our stay at Halo Igloo was incredible. The room was lovely, everything was very clean and the hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. On one day when we couldn’t get a taxi to one of our activities the man on reception offered to take us so that we would not miss it. Lovely accommodation and people. We hope to visit again. "

Shower and sauna fantastic, do need to go outside to get to it but they provided croc type shoes for you. Customer service responded quickly to messages via the hotel.com app. Saw the Northern Lights dancing above our cabin on the first night, absolutely amazing above the snowy trees. Whilst watching the lights we got ourselves locked out when the cabin door shut after us so make sure you snip the door or take key outside!! Sent a message to customer service (phone number didn’t work for us) and they responded sending a maintenance man to let us back in within an hour (90 euro fee). Did a few activities in the area led by local guides and walks in the beautiful white landscape. Overall we loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. "
