"The property was very nice and had a very unique & quaint feel to it. The location was perfect in getting to the strip and a majority of the food spots. I will say that the a/c was not great, so be mindful if you're going rent in the summer time. Other than that it was extremely clean and accommodating to my family and I. Would definitely recommend it for a quick getaway and to experience Galveston."

"Staff was friendly. Always speaking and loved the way valet opened the car door for me. Pool was clean and swim up bar. Lived the parrot in front who said hello every morning. Club 10 we received a free breakfast in bed every morning. And chocolates on our pillow every night"

"I loved my stay here. The room was so clean and modern. The a/c was nice and cold too. The breakfast was great with lots of options. It is in a wonderful spot near the Seawall. Just a short walk to the Pleasure Pier. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"I loved my stay here. I came down for just two nights, and I arrived very late to the property. It’s just 2 blocks to Seawall, and in a very cute neighborhood. The check-in process was very easy, and I had no issues getting in and getting settled. The house is much bigger than what the photos show, and even cuter in person!! It’s very well accommodated, and the AC is very cold. The front porch area is equipped with a powerful overhead fan that made the hot humid nights pleasant. The yard is completely fenced in, which was a plus for letting my dog out. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a real working oven and stove, full size fridge and dishwasher. I brought bottled water because I can usually taste a difference in water closer to the ocean, but that wasn’t an issue here!! The water pressure was great in the shower. As for the hosts, they were very quick to answer, before booking, and during my stay, and were very helpful when there was a storm rolling in the day of checkout. It’s a beautiful place, and I look forward to going back to stay there again!!"

"The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. Best part of this hotel is location since it is right by the beach with amazing balcony views. Very overpriced for what you get. We will find somewhere else to stay next trip. Parking is an added $15 per night."
