"We stayed in a family room. It was very spacious, clean and comfy. The Inn is not far from Kendal cbd (less than 10 min drive). The hotel does do dinner, it is a little pricey tho. The included breakfast was quite good (cereals and full english breakie style included in our stay). "

"Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended.."

"Really enjoyed our long weekend here. Good spot in the countryside while obly being a short walk from the lub and short drive from Kendal and lots of natoional trust properties. Plenty warm enough. Only just had 6 sets of kitchenware so felt we were constantly washing up, which was the obly minor downside. "

"We've stayed at this property several times in the past 18 months or so and have always rated in highly in reviews. This time around we felt that the fittings need refreshed. The sofa is stained and the carpets are in need of a clean/renewal. But we'd still come back again. The fittings are modern, the location is peaceful and local amenities are just a short walk away.
