1/5 - Terrible
The staff were nice, but we had terrible sleep due to issues mentioned. For that reason we can't give a positive rating to them.

Lovely room overlooking river. Pool/jacuzzi perfect. Friendly helpful staff and free parking.

We stayed last night and all staff are very friendly the room was very spacious and lovely fluffy towels. The room to our door needs attention but it locked so that’s the main thing. We would stay there again. Anna & Paul Rollinson

Didn't go into Kendal itself. We went for a meal in the evening but did not explore the area.
We walked from the hotel into town which is just one straight road and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of different shops cafes and restaurants. There is definitely every shop you need. Loved it
