"We were 2 couples staying for 2 nights. Prior to arrival the communication was excellent ensuring we had all the information we needed. Any query was responded to speedily and comprehensively. Check in on the first night was a simple process as we had prior notification of exactly what to do. The only smallest issue was that parking was notified on the listing, which lead me to think it had its own private space. "We had a lovely stay at the White Lodge Hotel. The hosts were very accommodating and when we had a few parking issues (due to the car park being quite small) the host offered lifts. In the morning we lost our car keys and the host helped search the streets for them and came to the police station to see if theyd been handed in! He offered for us to stay there as long as we needed while we sorted it. "
