"A stunning hotel, beautiful room and helpful staff. Due to the storm we decided to eat in. Would be nice to see a more extensive menu as the quality was good for this size of hotel."

"Staff very friendly looked after us with two dogs whom are the priority. Restaurant food was out of this world. Great view and grounds. Would I stay here again too right I would you'd be mental not to."

"The location was great, and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the hotel’s email and advertisement stated that a restaurant and room service were available for ordering food. One evening, we tried to eat at the restaurant but were told that it was unavailable because they were busy catering for a large group. We also tried to order room service, but were told that they were too busy to take our order. Thankfully, there were plenty of places to eat around town, so we were able to go out for dinner instead. Apart from this disappointment with the food service, everything else was great, and we had a lovely stay."

"Upon checking in, staff welcome you and greet you along with taking your luggage. We arrived early and the staff on the reception rang housekeeping to check if our room was ready. Room was ready within 5 minutes of checking went to our room and it was so spotless and clean. The location isn’t far from bowness boating pier with easy access from local taxi companies and uber. Upon checking out the reception staff held our luggage for the day and due to the weather tried to locate an umbrella for us. 10/10 service would definitely recommend."

"Stayed for two nights. Room was great, clean, very comfortable bed. Had great sleep. B&B have car park outside and is short walk to lake. Breakfast was very tasty, done to the high standards, enjoyed every morning with nice cup of tea. Staff very helpful and professional. Thanks!"
