Location was great, I walked everywhere, no problem: The Show Box, Pike Place Market, the ferry terminal, the public library, and allll the restaurants. The staff was fantastic. Room was lovely, hotel was wonderful, and I loved the rooftop access. Fresh complimentary coffee every morning and fruit infused water during the afternoon and evening. Thank you for fabulous experience!

The check in process was very smooth. They had a room available for early check in, which was a welcome comfort. The elevator was always quick to arrive during our visit. One of those little things that make a big difference. Proximity to Pike Place Market was a big positive. Onsite dining was good, though a little pricey. The 15 dollar dining credit was very welcome. The room was comfortable during the day. At night, the curtains didn't quite keep out all of the light, making it always seem as if the sun was just rising, even in the middle of the night. Pillows, a very individual preference, were too soft. They would squish down to nothing, making it no support at all. . Thermostat controls were wonky, but that is an issue with the brand and not the hotel's fault. Overall a good stay

The staff was exceptionally helpful storing our luggage while they finished getting the room ready ad providing recommendations for things we could do close to the hotel. The onsite parking garage was well worth the overnight parking fee and we were quite comfortable with the security that parking opportunity provided. The room was clean and comfortable and the in-room safe added an additional degree of security for some of our item while visiting sites throughout the city. Proximity to many of the most viewed sites was great since we were able to walk to the Space Needle and the Monorail which is a quick and reasonably priced way to get to the Pike Market. All-in-all a great place to stay in Seattle.
