"The KY State Resort Parks ROCK! Kenlake Lodge is well maintained, and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the view of the lake is beautiful. The food is quality at super reasonable prices! The booze may not be top shelf but you aren’t paying top shelf! The pool is very nice, large, and clean. KY State Resort Park have a certain charm of simpler times. Not just the furniture, but the quality and hospitality…And, the prices! The park grounds are well-maintained. Disclaimer - I am NOT a state employee! I just appreciate a basic good time on a low budget while not sacrificing space, hospitality, or cleanliness."

"Only reason for 4star was we were there during a week of upper 90’s temperatures with heat index of 105-110 and the air wouldn’t keep bedrooms cool during night with doors closed. Also not all the jets on Hot Tub worked. Great place and host."

"This is the perfect cozy little weekend getaway. We have stayed here twice. The pool is great and just a stones throw away. We always take our fishing poles and fish in the little pond for fun. This last time we took our golf cart and explored. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. And you can’t beat the price! We will be going again."

"Perfect location for a short stay with my husband and dog. Room was very clean. Had an issue with the refrigerator but Dennis responded promptly with a new one! Bathroom as mentioned in other reviews was a little small but worked for our needs. Location is great as it is in the middle of the Land Between the Lakes Recreation area. It was an easy drive to other area attractions. Definitely would stay again."
