"Can’t beat the location. So easy to arrive at the station and then just zip up to your hotel. Service could not be better. Exceptional, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Rooms perfectly laid out. Was genuinely sad to check-out! "

"The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. I would probably stay here again. The hotel is the last/first stop on one of the bus lines, which made it convenient for sightseeing. The bus is only every 30-40 minutes though, so you have to time things out or wait for the next bus. The island has a nice walking path around it, which was a fun addition to staying at this hotel! We had two issues with staying at this hotel. The public baths cost 2000 yen per person, and are very strict about no tattoos. We were not able to use this amenity even with tattoo covers, unfortunately. The hotel has a laundry service but does NOT have on-site laundry machines to do your own laundry. We were able to take the bus/walk to a nearby laundromat, because the laundry service was pretty expensive. "
