"Front desk staff was great, the room was lovely and comfortable. The dinner staff at the restaurant was exceptional, and the food was as well. The breakfast staff was rude and we were unable to have their breakfast. Downtown so close to lots of things."

Extremely comfortable rooms, blackout curtains, never heard of sound from outdoors or other rooms while in the rooms and during sleeping hours. Staff was courteous, kind, genuine, and thoughtful. The photos of the rooms and decor, don’t do this hotel justice. The lobby is upscale, large and very comfortable. The hotel bar is extremely busy. Too busy during peak hours. The entire hotel staff that we encountered was terrific. Very kind and polite and courteous. "

"It has access to different options, which are all walkable.. grocery stores and clothing such as Trafer Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods. Restaurants such as Chick-Fil-A and chipotle. And we were there to visit national parks and having REI across the steeet for missing items was perfect!"
