"We stayed at The Skowhegan for our Son's wedding at The Barn at Loon Cove. It was very close to the venue and made travel easy. The rooms were clean and I loved the shower! Would recommend."

"Great value!! It is an old building, but our room was very clean. Towels were fluffy and bedding was very nice. We brought our dog and they made that super easy (we were on the ground floor right by the door). "
Beautiful lakeside 4 bedroom retreat with private dock and walkout basement
10/10 Excellent
"We had an excellent stay on the lake. The property is beautiful and the house has everything, with great views from all 3 levels. We would love to stay again! "
"Easy check in, very clean, beds/pillows were super comfortable. Temperature in room perfect and easy to navigate. Will definitely recommend and stay again."
Lakefront home on McGrath Pond - once featured on Maine Cabin Masters
10/10 Excellent
"This camp was very comfortable and well equipped will just about everything you would need to enjoy this camp. This little camp would sleep 5 but was good for just the 2 of us. The loft has 2 single beds but would NOT be good for people with mobility issues. We used the kayaks and the pond has beautiful clean water. If you eat indoors, there is not much room except for 2 people. More eating places are available outdoors with the picnic table and adirondack chairs by the pond/lake. Queen bed was very comfortable and the evenings are very dark and quiet except for the occasional loon calls. There was an eagle nest in a tree next door and you could see the nest from the kayak being on the water. There was always hot water and even though it was potable water, there was bottled water to be able to use of drinking and cooking. All-in-all, we would stay here, again!"
