I loved my stay! I had the studio suite and it has anything you could need! Very nice bathroom w great lighting in the mirror, such a comfortable king bed, a nice quiet hotel I didn’t wanna leave!!

Good, but could be better.

I would have given it a 5 star review, except it doesn’t have an in-house breakfast. Also, only one elevator was working and there were long wait times because the cleaning staff monopolized the elevator. Check-out was very slow.

Clean rooms but noisy

Hotel is pretty new and the room was comfortable and clean.The hotel is loud and you can hear other people walking and making noise. The hotel also faces the Highway and the road noise was crazy loud all night long. The water pressure in the shower was insanely low and took forever to get rinsed.Check in was slow because the computer was having an issue but the employee was nice and friendly. The lobby floor was pretty dirty and the luggage cart was covered in pet hair. The hotel is new and nice but it’s surrounded on all sides with a couple of run down motels with people hanging out in the parking lots of those motels. So it has a lot of good and bad. Clean nice room but hotel is noisy with the thin walls and highway noise as well as being next to run down motels.There are a ton of restaurants nearby which is a plus.

I should have paid attention to the reviews talking about the lack of hot water. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt that it would be fixed. The first 4 nights of my stay I had luke warm showers, at best. I dealt with it. The following morning, I woke up with NO hot water at all. NONE. When I spoke to the front desk staff the morning after I arrived, I was told the plumber was on site working on it. There was no plumber vehicle on site and I was later told from another staff member, there wasn't a plumber on site. When I asked about there being NO hot water I was told that the plumber messed up the day before and would be back at 7 a.m. and the manager would be in at 8 a.m. I expressed my frustration and asked for the manager to call me. At 9 am, no manager and no plumber. Again, I was assured the manager would call me. At 10 a.m. I finally checked out a day early and was promised the manager would call me to discuss my stay. I never got a call. The staff clearly just tells guests what they want to hear, even if there's no truth to it. Also, this is a new hotel but is in bad shape. One elevator is out of order. The other elevator doesn't work right - I was told I needed to push the door open button if I want it to open when it stopped at my floor. Otherwise it would keep going. Trust me when I say, there are FAR better options in this area. DO NOT stay here. The building is in bad shape, the front desk staff lies and the manager doesn't care about what's going on

I came into town late, a friendly staff member quickly checked me in, I made it to my room which was spacious and clean, got a good night's sleep and woke the next morning able to get to my destination a mere 15 minutes away refreshed and on time.

Family of 4 stay for a week.

Family of 4 stay for baseball tournament. Large spacious room, with kitchen. Clean room and always saw the hotel staff cleaning hallways and lobby daily. Staff was very friendly and courteous. By lots of restaurants and shopping options. Easy access to the interstate. Cons: no lobby space, very small area. Parking is super limited! Definitely not convenient parking area. Room is loud since it’s off the interstate and can hear traffic noise. My only criticism is the common areas is that it could use touch up paint in hallways and rooms. Area looks sketchy but didn’t bother us. Overall easy, good stay. Stayed for 5 nights.

Everything was nice and new. Generously appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Parking lot seemed like afterthought but we always found a spot. Would definitely stay there again.
