"Very clean, great staff, looks like renovated fairly recently. Nice breakfast selection. Lots of variety.. My only “negatives“ were no bars to get in and out of the tub/shower and the 2/3 shampoo/soap container holders were broken. Definitely not a dealbreaker as at least the supplies were there, and the staff seemed to be receptive to the feedback."

"I have one complaint. Rooms for physically challenged people are not on the ground floor. This is very important for me because I use a walker with wheels and I have a tiny dog. I am actually very afraid of being placed on a floor above the ground. What if there is a fire? How am I suppose to get down stairs with my walker and dog? I need a special room because I cannot get up off of a low toilet."

"I have never been to a US hotel (especially not one as disgusting as this) that would not check me in without making & keeping a copy of my driver's license. I was happy to present it, but there is absolutely no reason for them to make a copy. Or insist on keeping the copy upon my check out."
