"Beds were not comfortable. Did not sleep well. Street noise was loud as well. But it is a city after all. No waters in the room. Had to go downstairs and ask. Also only 3 bath towels in each room. "

"The front desk staff was seated behind a computer screen, obscuring her from view. She did not stand to address me nor offer appreciation for the Hilton Honors status. The staff member was unhelpful, offered no details about breakfast, check-in/out times, or complimentary water. She was obviously uninterested in making the guest experience a priority. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I expect a certain level of professionalism. I hope this feedback on the experience will improve the check-in process for future guests."
