"Dod not use breakfast,,,? Room (housekeeping left trash besode bed, and starting bottle ion refri. Strong smell clorox."

"Getting on the WiFi was a nightmare to sign onto. It took multiple times entering the same ID and password to get in. When I tried to sign in another device, it wouldn’t allow it. Same problem for my wife’s phone. Absolutely frustrating. This should be a user friendly process that doesn’t require unnecessary user info. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays over the decades! Get IT to revamped their processes and policies to accommodate the customer sign-on."
