"Everything was great with the exception of the breakfast. Weird options and tough to get food out if the little cabinets they use. Not great. The hotel, service, room, area, etc were really great. We would stay here again. "

"Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. Lots of room. Great kitchen! Location is excellent for most anything in Lexington including the airport, Keeneland, UK, football stadium, and downtown. Excellent communication with host.The only limitation for our group was room for just 4 cars in the garage and driveway. As we had people arriving from multiple places, we had too many cars, but this is unlikely to affect many rental parties."

"Heating units hard to work and seem to reset to their default ac setting everyday. Did not refresh toilet paper. Small bottles of shampoo and body wash really only enough for one. Big concern. The hotel added $199 in additional fees that they said Expedia does not add nor disclose. The hotel told we were paid in full at check in. They charged fees at check out. "

"Listing is as described. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Very close access to grocery and to main roads. Beds were comfortable. Everything smelled and looked clean. Would recommend to others!"
