"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading. This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. Top Kenya Coast Hotel Reviews

Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa, Mombasa

10/10 Excellent

"Great older hotel with amazing beach access and pools. If you are lucky you will get a newly renovated room which are sweet but some rooms are tired and need fixing. Staff are great and always working doing stuff to maintain the hotel. Food is ok not the best but acceptable. With beach bar gives a nice option. Great place overall"

Voyager Beach Resort

8/10 Good

"Some of the rooms and bathrooms were not in good shape and badly needed painting and freshening up. Also the tv did not work with no smart tvs and the internet was very slow. The bed was good however. Pools were great and beach access excellent and the food was good so was able to enjoy the hotel regardless of a poor room. Overall good time!"
