Good for a stopover

A strange hotel, as it is part of a leisure complex. The building on the outside looks tired, but inside everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good and the price paid was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. We were too tired to use the facilities but they were there if we has wanted to use them.

Lots of opportunities to exercise. Very close to Europapark. Great personnel and breakfast. But the location is a bit outside of the village and not very attractive.

The staff did their best to welcome us. But when we arrived for the check in they didn’t have the room ready. We had to wait. Once I got my room. I left my backpack in the room to get my luggage. Once I came back I found that one of the staff took my back pack. Opened it to put my water bottles inside and left it half open. They gave me wrong room and placed me to another room. Then the room was super dirty. I complained. They said they will clean tomorrow but it was same. Room is super hot. Really had a bad time in that property. The woman at the reception was kind and felt sorry. But yet I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Frühstück in Ordnung. Sauberkeit mangelhaft da Blut am Boden, Toilette dreckig (selbst geputzt), Schimmel in der Dusche und das Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen, Fernbedienung war nicht vorhanden, Telefon nicht angeschlossen und an der Rezeption nachgefragt und sollte uns gebracht werden, wurde aber nie gebracht.

Das Zimmer war an sich sauber, doch das Bad vor allem der Boden der Dusche war schmutzig und in den Ecken des Bades befanden sich Kalkablagerungen - die mit einem entsprechenden Reiniger und regelmäßiger Anwendung vermeidbar wären. Da wir in Rulantica nach dem Baden geduscht haben, nutzten wir die Dusche nicht - daher war uns das ganze völlig ausreichend und ich hab das Bad auch nicht reklamiert. Gang, Eingangsbereich und Speiseraum waren sauber - aber halt in die Jahre gekommen! Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und der kontaktlose Check-In (da ich schon bezahlt hatte) war problemlos. Die ausführliche Email im Vorab war detailiert und sehr bemüht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Sporthotel. Das Hotel ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wurde und wird noch einiges renoviert. Die Daumen von der Rezeption waren äußerst freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Pool sehr groß und sauber. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Das Hotel war sicher mal eine tolle Unterkunft. Leider ist in den letzten Jahren nicht wirklich was gemacht worden. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden. Im Zimmer unseres Sohne war eine ca 3cm große Jagdspinne zu Hause. Unter den Betten wird scheinbar nie geputzt. Die Schiebetüren zu den Bädern waren teilweise defekt. Die Sages waren verschlossen / defekt. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Das im Hotel befindliche Fitnessstudio kostet 9€ pro Tag extra, der Billardtisch war defekt und um die Padles Plätze im Keller zu nutzen müssen Schläger gemietet werden. Das Schwimmbad im Keller hat leider keine Umkleiden und das Wasser ist recht kalt. Die Sauna war ganz schön und auch sauber. Das Restaurant hat derzeit leider nur Montag und Dienstag geöffnet, eine Möglichkeit wenigsten Getränke zu kaufen gibt es leider nicht. Das Frühstück was in Ordnung. Die Auswahl ist für die Preisklasse gut. Leider war ein Wasserschaden im Frühstücksraum sichtbar. Ist wohl schon eine Weile her aber es wurde weder die Tapete getauscht noch die Vorhänge gewaschen. Das Personal ist nett und sehr bemüht. Aber es ist lediglich vormittags und Nachmittags / Abends jemand an der Rezeption. Ab 21 Uhr ist man auf sich gestellt. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für 2 Nächte im Hotel um den Europapark zu besuchen. Bei dem eher geringen Preis hatten wir auch keine Luxusunterkunft erwarten. Sauberkeit und ein bißchen Komfort wie wenigstens ein Getränkeautomat wären aber schön gewesen.

Hotel correct pour aller a europa park et rulantic

Aucun personnel ne parlait francais (alors que c'etait indiqué sur l'annonce) et seulement certains parlaient anglais... Il n'y avait pas de wifi dans la chambre. L'hôtel est bruyant ... on se fait reveiller dès 7h du matin par les sportifs qui font leur muscu/cours à l'etage au dessus de nous. Par contre, il est bien placé si vous allez à Europa park ou rulantica... 15 min environ e. Voiture 😉

Die Zimmer waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und liegt im Industriegebiet von Kenzingen. Frühstück ist okay. Zum Essen sind wir abends nach Herbolzheim gefahren. Das ist sehr empfehlenswert. Im Hotel selber gibt es ein Bistro, das abends geschlossen ist. Leider auch keinen Kühlschrank, aus dem man Getränke entnehmen kann, wenn man abends etwas Trinken möchte. Für unsere Zwecke, Besuch von Rulantica und Europapark war es okay.

Accueil après 16h30. Des clients parlant la langue arrivés après nous, passent avant nous. Why not? On a le temps. L'hôte d'accueil a été tres gentil et serviable. Chambre correcte même si les rideaux étaient arrachés, le sèche-cheveux et le ventilateur minuscule faisaient sautés l'électricité de la chambre. Les matelas nous ont causés des insomnies sans compter la chaleur dans la chambre et les voisins du quartier que nous entendions fortement. Les +++ : la gentillesse du personnel, l'accès aux installations sportives, le petit-dejeuner riche et varié, proche d'Europa-Park.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wer auf kein Komfort wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Zimmer heitzen sich sehr schnell auf, bei hohen außen Temperaturen. Da währe es schön am Abend mal richtig zu Lüften. Währen da nicht die defekten Fenster, die man nur auf kipp stellen kann. Aber der Hotelbeteiber hat vorsorglich 2 Lüfter im Zimmer hinterlassen. Diese Lüfter waren so mit Staub benetzt, das sie erst gereinigt werden musten. Die Toilettenspülung funtionierte nicht. Gaugummi lag unterm Bett. Die Zimmertür weist einen großen Spalt auf zum Flur. Das Frühstück ist vom Discounter. Kaffeemaschine war stark verschmutzt usw..Ich könnte noch Stundenlang Schreiben. Ich hoffe Bilder sagen mehr, als 1000 Worte.
