"Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. "We had a wonderful stay at this property in Seminyak. The location is great, and what truly makes this place special is the staff. Every team member was kind, humble, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, Martini. Her attention to detail, beautiful decorations, and thoughtful touches made our villa feel extra special and added a memorable personal touch to our experience. I do have a few constructive suggestions. I would personally recommend being cautious about the spa. Also, I found the "complimentary massage" advertised on the website to be a little misleading. When you see that a complimentary massage is included, you naturally expect a proper treatment. It is only a 10-minute neck massage, which doesn't really feel meaningful. I think it would be better to either offer a full complimentary session or not advertise it as a complimentary massage at all, as it can create different expectations. Considering the villa is priced higher than many other properties in the same area, I also feel that some maintenance would enhance the overall experience, particularly around the jacuzzi area, which could use a bit of attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding hospitality of the staff made a lasting impression, and with a few improvements, this property could provide an even better guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Seminyak so enjoyable."
