The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

Decent hotel in a great location with plenty of parking and nice walks. However it was badly let down by the immature evening reception and restaurant staff. The morning staff were far more efficient and professional

No lift to first floor room, have mobility problems, stairs were difficult. Able to change to ground floor garden room for next 2'nights. Excellent WiFi for first night, then no internet (for hotel staff as well!) until reinstated on last night (bar area only).
