charters, private boat rentals, shopping, and more. Our 40ft dock can accommodates only jet
skis & flats boats max 17 ft. it is a plug canal. with quick access to black water Sound as well as Ocean access right
through Adams cut minutes away. Take a quick boat ride to enjoy the beautiful sunsets
the Keys has to offer

Wake up to the sound of birds from the adjacent nature preserve & water views while
enjoying a cup of coffee. Relax in front of the Canal & enjoy beautiful greenery.

We include 2 free kayaks with your stay, launch it from the comfort of your 40 ft private
dock. We also provide 2 beach cruiser bicycles up requestaA, enjoy a ride to see a beautiful sunset or

***THINGS TO KNOW***
1. Please be respectful of the neighborhood & wildlife. Quiet hours are between 11 pm
& 9 am. We ask that you do not litter or throw fish remains in the canal.
2. If you are bringing pets, we require that you pick up after them.
3. This home is located on the ground floor level with stairs to go to the front door.
(Please know, it’s not fully handicapped accessible as there’s steps up into the house &
the bathroom door has a smaller door frame).
Penty of parking in front of the property and most trailer will fit
Other things to note
Renters are expected to put all trash in sealed bags in the outside trash bins
NO Plastic Bags or Chum Boxes allowed in Blue recycle Bin.
Renters are expected to know the town ordinances in regards to Rvs & trailers.
