Escape & Relax in the heart of Key Largo, Florida

  • This stylish spacious home is in the heart of Key Largo at mile marker 100. Come Escape & Relax in the heart of Key Largo. It is centrally located to many restaurants, bars, markets, fishing, kayak, jet ski rentals, snorkeling, diving, and at close proximity to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
    Plenty of parking for your car and boat on trailer. Launch your boat from near by marinas.
    Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the neighborhood marina.

    The space
    Modern kitchen updated for comfort and convenience, large bathtub/jacuzzi to relax & unwind (serves as bathtub only - no motor jets), king size bed, queen size bed, and a sofa bed, hot tub.
    This is a 1st level rental. No access to the 2nd level.

    Outdoor kitchen has a ceramic Kamado-style charcoal grill and a side gas burner.

    Other things to note
    Property has an attached in-laws quarter with independent entrance that is rented long-term. It is a separate, private area not accessible through the house with no common spaces.

    Please note that the large indoor tub/jacuzzi is only used as a bathtub - no motor jets.
