NEWLY RENOVATED Oceanside Oasis at Kawama Tower

Welcome to our Oceanside Oasis, an upscale unit with a complete renovation. Everything has been tastefully updated with the traveler's comfort in mind; from memory foam mattresses to fluffy beach towels.

Our Kawama Tower Unit has an open concept with 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances (large and small), should you decide to stay in and cook for the night, or just have breakfast on the balcony. There is also a private laundry room with a brand new full-size washer and dryer. The condo has smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout.

Kawama is one of the most sought-after private gated communities in the Upper Keys. With an abundance of amenities, including three pools (one is exclusively for Tower Guests); a large sanded playground for children; a salt-water lagoon area with platform; tennis courts; Molasses Reef Marina directly on the Atlantic Ocean; plenty of community outdoor seating to soak in the beautiful water and views; outdoor charcoal grills; a fishing pier where you can also catch the amazing sunrises in the Florida Keys; and an abundance of palm trees to complete your tropical escape.

A boat slip is NOT included with the rental of this unit.

Key Largo is home to award-winning restaurants and historic bars, and they are all within a four-mile radius (some are walking distance) of the condominium. With amazing attractions just a short drive away, people from all over travel to the Florida Keys to enjoy some of world’s best snorkeling, diving, and fishing.

Just as pictured in the listing. Very clean and bright and modern, but cozy. Just what I was looking for. A few miles from a nice grocery store. A perfect place to chillax after our scuba diving days.

The condo was very clean. The 2 nd bedroom had the hall light that was right ouside the window and it was on 24 hrs. A blacknout shade was needed. The checkout time wss 10:00am but the code on the door expired around 8:30

A wonderful stay!
This was the best vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property was beautiful. The unit fit all 6 of us very comfortably and was safe for our adventurous 2 year old. I have already sent the link to 2 of my friends because we were raving about it!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kawama Tower. The unit was clean and well equipped. It was comfortable and well located to great restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool as well. When returning to the Keys would seriously consider staying at Kawama Tower in the future.

Quiet, clean property
This was a perfect location for our group of 5 to stay. The balcony is peaceful and the beds are comfy. The pools (at least one is heated!), playground, and ocean front are clean and private so we could enjoy everything without a crowd. We are 40, our girls are 9 & 11, and my Momma is in her 70s. We all enjoyed this property. A Lovely Getaway.

Lovely Getaway
We had such a great experience staying at this property. The place was clean and had all the amenities you need! We even found a beach wagon which made taking our toddler to the beach areas so much easier! The property grounds were amazing. We took full advantage of the pool, tidal lagoon and playground. Great location to local restaurant and shops and not far to explore some of the other upper keys as well. Thank you to Jose and Maria for providing such a wonderful place for us to enjoy!
