Kawama Yacht Club is situated along the southern border of John Pennekamp National Underwater Park. The grounds have over 30 lush tropically landscaped acres and it is the ONLY resort in Key Largo that has a Saltwater Lagoon, a 400' Fishing Jetty and a Private Ocean Front BEACH.

This unit is located in the Kawama Club - Key Largo (which has an interesting history involving the CIA and the Bay of Pigs Invasion). The unit is perfect for a couple or up to four persons and is located along the lagoon / swimming beach and pool. The grounds are wonderful for walking without concern of traffic and is always quiet at night. We stay here every time we come to Key Largo and will continue to do so. Cannot recommend it enough.

Keys family fun

Perfect condo for family of 4 and had everything we needed.Right on the lagoon near the beach and pool.Parking wasn't the best but we made it work.We have stayed at Kawama many years and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Good place to stay. Easy to find and good location. Love the lagoon and seeing fish right off your back doorstep. Water pressure was a little low but that might be a key largo thing. This was our first time staying here. Only complaint is the bed in the master was WAY too soft. I love soft and this was even too soft for me. Not enough support.

The property manager communicated very well, and the condo was well provisioned and comfortable. The Kawama gated community has multiple pools, the central lagoon, and a private beach area near the marina.

Loved this "Home Away From Home"

Exceeded expectations. We enjoyed our 3-day stay in this well kept, well stocked duplex. We had everything we needed and could truly relax. If we return to Key Largo (we’re from Colorado) we definitely would stay here again.

Amazing location

We had a very nice stay at this location. The condo was very clean except for a few stains on the master bed skirt. The amenities were described well and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Very fun with kids!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kids had endless fun playing in the pool and lagoon. Great getaway for our family - hope to return soon!

Perfect Trip

Property was perfect. We brought a double kayak trailer with us and they were super accommodating. Great location to beaches, fishing and state parks. You could also just stay at the property and enjoy your time in Key Largo!

Great getaway

First fishing trip in 25 years for my son (55) and I.Place was all we expected.One note: It is not "ocean front". Nor even on a canal or bay. It is on a pond. Fun fishing first night. Then next morning, son noticed is posted for no fishing. That was disappointment.
