Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hour security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.

The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.

This home is conveniently located directly in front of the salt water lagoon and steps away from the lagoon beach and pool- a great location for families!

Our 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun.

First floor: Small full bathroom, small bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV.
Second floor: small full bathroom, sleeper sofa and smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee.
Third floor: full bathroom shared by two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space and a balcony.

2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayaks available to guests.

Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama.

Perfect Staycation!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is very nice and spacious. the kitchen was fully stocked, we had everything we needed, including plenty of towels for the pool. The kids enjoyed the tennis court, the pool, the playground and specially the kayaks! We will definitely come back!

The unit was clean and well stocked. The host was great to deal with. Lots of stairs which was okay for us, but anyone trying to avoid stairs this would not be good. Great location, lovely resort in a good location to either drive or walk to several restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back

Owner was very responsive before and during stay. The place was comfortable for five adults with plenty of together space and privacy space. We enjoyed views of the lagoon, walking paths, pools and were in love with the causeway area. Shady cabanas and shallow water to splash in. Great sunset views. Highly recommend

Excellent experience.

Very clean, comfortable stay that provided us great access to fishing and good food. Enjoyed a couple games of pickleball too. Thank you for providing the PB paddles and balls. They were a welcome surprise to find as well as the bikes and guarded security at the entrance.

This property was even better than advertised. It is conveniently located at the entrance/exit gate and right on the salt water lagoon and pool. The home was immaculate and decorated with style but very comfortable. The host was readily available with easy communication and very kind. Additionally, the owners are very thoughtful to include all items needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this host and property.

Awesome stay at Kawama K1

The property was magnificent. Just as advertised. Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Well located within the property with a view of the lagoon. We enjoyed all Kawama community had to offer. Pools, lagoon, jetti for sunrise and evening views and most important a great marina. We never really needed to contact the host as everything was self explanitory and simple. Close to everything in Key Largo yet set back far from the noise of us1. Great location will stay agian! Thank you!

A Wonderful Stay

The gated Kawama Yault Club, where the condo is located, has amazing grounds. The lagoon is full of tropical fish. We even saw a couple baby tarpon (3-4 ft). There's also a beautiful shorline area too with tiki huts, tables, chairs, and fire pits. It truly was beautiful and well kept. There was a nice path around the lagoon for walks, and a jetty (with seating and firepit) with spectacular sunsets. Lots to do in this community! The unit was very nice and updated. Every morning our group of six gathered on the main floor balcony for morning coffee. It faced the lagoon and was framed nicely in tropical trees. It would have been nice if there were cushions for the chairs though, especially for us old folks. We also had to bring chairs from the other balconys so that we had enough for our group. A separate balcony facing the parking lot wasn't really useful since there wasn't much furniture or anything to look at besides the parking lot. As others have pointed out, the stairs in the unit were steep, and since there are three levels, you find yourself using the stairs often. It's a shame the entry into the unit is on the bottom floor where there is a sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. It would have been more convenient if the entry was on the main floor where there is the main living room, kitchen, and balcony. But we adjusted to it and it wasn't that big a dea. Overall, this was a great place and we loved it! Wish we have stayed there more than a week!

Beautiful home in a great location

My family loved our stay in Key Largo at the Kawama Villa K1. It was very clean and so comfortable. We loved the location - steps from the ocean and just minutes from great food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key Largo!
