Enjoy the Florida Keys in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Townhouse with lots of outdoor living/dining space! Kawama Yacht Club and Marina on Mile Marker 99 on the Oceanside. Bring your boat! Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Overnight slip rental is also available from the dock master. Free golf cart to use within the community! There is plenty of Free Parking for your vehicles. Enjoy fast, Free WiFi and plenty of free movies! The master bedroom overlooking the gorgeous saltwater lagoon has a king bed with plush linens. The second master bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A pack and play and booster seat are available for your convenience. Our community is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. Two bicycles, four kayaks (two kids and two juniors) are also included in your stay for free! Swim in one of our two heated pools with lounge chairs and Tiki huts. Tennis courts, and a unique saltwater lagoon with our very own tropical fish specimens. The only Starbucks that exist in Key Largo is only a few blocks away from our unit.

Our spacious three-bedroom, three-bath town home has been renovated from top to bottom with attention to details with a modern contemporary flair. There is no other like it in the Keys. The fully stocked kitchen shines with all new stainless steel appliances. In the main living room, you can kick back on our comfy sectional in front of our new 65’’ flat screen HDTV with many channels including free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size washer & dryer. You will relax in our new tiled walk-in showers, each stocked with bath towels. Sleep luxuriously in our new king-size bed with a 45” flat screen HDTV. On the second bedroom we have two new full-size beds with a 55” flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom has a new queen-size bed with a 40” flat screen HDTV. There is also another spacious and comfortable living room area which is what we call in South Florida a “Florida Room” with a comfy sectional and a 55” flat screen HDTV. All TVs with many channels and free movies. Free high speed WiFi! Please note that this is a three story townhouse, if you have a disability, please keep that in mind.

Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Basket with beach towels, cookware, small appliances, K-Cup coffee/tea maker, drip coffee maker, blender, microwave. Plenty of dishes, glasses & utensils! You will usually find some teas, spices canned goods in the cabinets and condiments in the refrigerator - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use.

Take in the fresh air in one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property offer diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Aquatic Center with Olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away.

Kawama Yacht Club and Marina is close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.

The condo was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed. Loved the screened in balconies and use of the golf cart to get down to the point. Loved being able to see the sunrise and sunset on the water. Very convenient location as a home base for your Keys adventure. Would definitely stay again.

This property was Amazing! Beautifully decorated and so many wonderful amenities and extra touches. The property was well stocked with everything you would need. We used the golf cart daily and loved going out to the jetty. One of the nicest places we have stayed and would live to come back for our next dive trip!

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY! Wonderful location easy access to everything in Key Largo. This is a stunningly beautiful condo with comfortable beds and an extremely well appointed and organized space making it easy to locate everything. Mary (owner) went above and beyond with supplying everything guests need for a comfortable stay. We greatly appreciated all of the extras she provided, she has literally thought of ALL the things you need (kitchen and laundry supplies, bathroom necessities, sunscreen, kayak snorkel pickle ball and tennis gear, etc). The use of the golfcart on property was really awesome and made it easy to transport my dad to the pools and pier. Dolphin Life is literally a 5 min walk away and has the best prices (and longest time in water) for dolphin encounters. HIGHLY recommended!

Great place to stay in Key Largo

Family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at this property while in the Keys. Property is clean and as advertised. Located in a beautiful gated community with lots to do and also located close to so many other activities and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Key Largo!

Iguana go back!!

LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo. Beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. The kids had so much fun kayaking, swimming in the pool and yes, we did see many iguanas!! The golf cart was a big plus and location was very convenient. Thank you,Mary,for a seamless check in and quick responses.

Relaxing time in Key Largo

We loved the location and the property. The condo unit had all kinds of amenities and the condo area had a lot also. 3 pools, a lagoon, and the ocean a five minute walk away or you can drive a golf cart around. Can’t wait until we can do a return trip!

When arriving we knew we found our home away from home. The unit we booked was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with every thing we could or would need for our stayIt is a 10 out 10 place to stay. Paradise Awaits

Our stay was pure delight! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and having use of the golf cart made it easy to head down to the point for fishing or a beautiful sunset. Check in and communication with the owner was a breeze. The home is close to everything Key Largo has to offer. I definitely recommend this property as we have it on our list to come back!

Great spot

What a great spot for a family vacation! Easy drive to the National Parks and beaches. Lots of activities right outside the door for down days. The lagoon was fabulous and the pools were wonderful. The listing is accurate and was great for our family of six folks.

Graduation Girls Trip

The pictures of this beautiful property are spot on and it had everything we needed for a fun girls trip. Mary was beyond helpful. We got some great restaurant recommendations, Snooks, Twisted Shrimp and The Fish House are a must and we ended up at the Keys Ice Cream shop every night for their amazing chocolate dipped frozen Key Lime Pie. The golf cart, along with the snorkel/beach gear was a huge hit and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch every morning.

Mary, the host always answered right away and was super helpful. The condo was clean and comfy! The only negative was the flights of stairs to each floor for us 70 year olds! Really loved the end of the jetty for the sunset!

Fun Largo

A perfect location for our 60th birthday vacation celebration with our friends on Key Largo. Every little detail was thought through in this home, beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and everything you need.we enjoyed the pool, beach, tennis and pickleball courts, golf court and more on the property. The local area had great restaurants and bars with friendly people all around. Fun place for a relaxing vacation on the Keys. We are coming back next year and staying even longer

Wonderful Keys Getaway

Beautiful unit and community. Beds are extremely comfortable, furnishings are clean and high-quality, and the entire townhome is light and airy. Beach at the property is so relaxing and quiet, pools are warm, golf cart is super handy, and plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Ideal for a group or family vacation to the amazing Keys!

The best condo in Key Largo!

This property is incredibly clean and very stylishly appointed! It was spacious and well laid out. It was a perfect location for our family, very close to Rainbow Reef where we were getting our scuba certification. We will definitely be back! Maria was a fabulous host!

The perfect getaway

The property had everything we needed for a relaxiing getaway. We loved the property with the private beach, saltwater lagoon, pool and more. It is very convenient to great restaurants and activities like fishing charters out of the nearby marina. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group. Mary is a wonderful host, very informative and responsive. We will be back!!!
