"The room was beautiful and spacious which we loved. Did not like that. The AC would not go below 71°. However, the hotel provided a fan, which was helpful. Additionally, and not sure if it was just in our room, but we had an RV sized toilet, which was not ideal. The shower needs new tiling as it was cracked and leaky. It’s an older hotel so understandable, but overall very nice stay with excellent staff."

"The Penthouse was in a perfect location for our stay in Key West! The accommodations were immaculate, there was even water, coffee & snacks upon arrival! The managing group (Colocada) & team made our stay very enjoyable! From our airport pick ups & drop offs, to the pleasant staff, we can’t say enough about our visit. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed! We will be back in the near future! "
