The rooms were a great size, super clean, nicely decorated and walkable to all the amenities and attractions. And you can’t beat the prices here. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a few nights before driving up to Miami. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was small, little room for toiletries. Place was older, but clean. Too far to walk to Mallory Sqaure, but good with a moped or golf cart. Overall, good for what we used it for.

We loved are stay here.. Although the floor in the room had some sand on it . I had to wash my feet twice before getting into bed at night and the adorable little outside seating area would have been more inviting if it was cleaned up of leaves and debris.

Nice, but dated, and it needs major upgrades. Good location, and we needed a place to stay for a night, but it was expensive. I don't mind paying, but they need to make many renovation..

The room was very depressing. Dark dim lighting. The window was filthy and hard to see out. No view. The pool description was a joke. The main pool was at the office facility which was several blocks away. No room in the bathroom to even sit your toothbrush. I feel like it was false advertisement with the pictures on the internet. The person who checked us in was very friendly. That was the only good about the place. We ended up leaving and not staying at this facility! I would not recommend it to anyone. The building we were in had two floors and very steep stairs. Very inconvenient for older people and carrying suitcases!!!

We very much regret to read of your disappointment. I am not sure what view you were expecting as we do not advertise any views from the guesthouse. As for the stairs, you had a ground floor room so not sure why this was an issue for you. Although the bathroom is small, there is ample room for toiletries and such. The pool is advertised as a dipping pool which we agree is small and why we call it this. Regardless we are sorry for your disappointment.

The ladies at reception were lovely. The recommended cab service was great. The room was very clean, spacious, and housekeeping was very efficient. The location to Duval street was convenient. The room was close to the road so clearly heard the drunks walking on South Street on Sunday and Monday night. Amenities were lacking; in-room coffee maker was terrible, pool was a hot tub not a pool, had to pay for bike rentals…Would be great if the Inn offered chairs to take to the beach and free bike rentals. The towel supply was also sparse. The door lock needed to be sprayed in order to get the key out and the weather stripping sealing the door needs to be replaced(could see the sunlight through the door jam). All that being said, we would stay again.

Photos online do not well represent the actual rooms. Facility is not in good shape and musty, air conditioners are very dirty and air in room suffered for it.

Excellent location on the Southernmost end of Key West. Quiet but a walkable or biking distance to most places. Has Key West ‘charm’ but dated, esp. the bathroom. When we had an issue with our room, the staff was excellent at resolving it. Love being able to rent bikes and flexibility of checking in and out.

The location was good, close to the shore and downtown. But the room was extremely small, rug not cleaned, the fitted bedsheet did not stay put on both sides of the bed, and also apparently very old sheets, it had small bumps all around as sheets sometimes do when they have been used for a long time. The property listed pool but it was very small, the size of a hot tub. We would not stay there again.

I want to first say that we loved this property, we have already booked a return trip. It is a small but well-appointed room for the most part. I would recommend that the owners install some hooks in the bathroom as there is a real lack of space and hooks would help a LOT. For our return trip we will bring a set of over the door hooks. The other issue was electrical outlet access. It's an older building so this shouldnt be surprising. Bring a multi outlet surge protector or two if you have the normal number of devices that people seem to need these days. On the surface the room appeared to be clean and tidy. The window air-conditioning unit was filthy though. We spent just a few minutes cleaning it and felt better about what we were breathing in. As I am immune compromised, we bring cleaning supplies so this wasnt a big deal for us. The towelettes I used for sanitizing appeared clean after use which I always take as a good sign that the room was well cleaned. The location is fantastic if you want to be near but not in the center of the action. We visited the check in location on Duval a couple of times, either because we had a question or needed something we didnt have in the room. They were always helpful and plesant. We cant wait to go back!

This place was hardly worth the money. Roach found in the bathroom, bathroom way too small, old worn out towels, door knobs need replacing. Entry carpet stained, anyone could mess with the locks and get in. Key West is expensive but to get away with all these room repairs is just wrong and they know it. Last year we stayed at a different one of their properties and although not 5 star it was in better shape.

We had room 306 which was its own little building. It was extremely quiet, very cozy, and had its little own private courtyard to sit outside and relax. I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was unclean, floors turned our feet black. Water damage and peeling paint on walls and ceiling, and damp and moldy bathroom—the room had no ventilation. The deadbolt and door lock were lose and worked inconsistently. Finally the toilet seat in the bathroom wasn’t properly affixed and would slide off the toilet. Best thing about the property was the great location.

This is a great place to stay. It's convenient, parking is easy, and it's got great management. The only knock I would say is it needs towel hooks or another towel bar, somewhere to dry your towels a little better, but, other than that, it's perfect.

Very misleading on the website, coconut room, not 225sq ft but 160. Knees touch the wall in the bathroom, no water pressure I'm 5' 5" bring a bucket if you want a shower. No staff on grounds, no pool towels given to us. Came to Key West to celebrate our 30 wedding anniversary and we will not be back to this place.

Staff was very helpful. Loved the accessibility of all of their properties. We stayed at island oasis, which has a dipping pool, but had access to full size pool at other, close pools. Best of both worlds. Love that each room has an outdoor space to just hang out privately.

Overall, the stay was good. We've stayed here many times. The housekeeping service wasn't as thorough in past stays, but it was good enough. And it also happened very late in the afternoon. It's always great having a microwave and fridge, and being in walking distance to the sights.

Not great. Not great at all...
This was like staying in a closet. I booked for 3 nights, only stayed one night becuase I was claustrophobic. Additionally, the quality of the room was like a motel, in my opinion. For $300+ per night, not worth it at all. I went to the front desk to ask if I could leave early because I wasn't happy with the room. Instead of empathizing or asking what could have been done, the rude front desk woman, Emma, just responded by saying "Well, you signed an agreement when you checked in that says there's no refunds." I asked, very politely, if there was a manager I can speak to. She said "Well, I can make a note here for the GM, and we'll see if he wants to take a look at it," as if he may not even feel like bothering to look at my request, let alone grant it. Just horrible all-around experience. $600 for 2 nights not used down the drain.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your night with us. I did offer to move your rooms as well as try understand what was wrong with the room, however you told me you just wanted to leave. That is when I explained the registration card signed upon check in states we do not do refunds for early departures. I am sorry you did not enjoy our property and hope you were able to enjoy Key West.
