"This was a birthday vacation and we never stayed at a "real" resort before. I felt like I was spoiled the whole time. Dinner, beach, happy hour playing chess and the roosters were all great."

"We had a wonderful time. All the staff was helpful and friendly. We would have liked to know how much money would be held on your credit card before arriving. The hold was large and it could catch unknowing travelers of guard and unable to pay. The hold is almost half the amount you pay for your stay. The resort fee comes out of the hold and anything ou charge also comes off of the hold however it would be nice if that was told upfront."

"My family and I stayed at this place and loved it! The place was super clean, it had like a weird scent at first but maybe it was the seaweed that was rotting around that time. They always came in and cleaned the room and made the beds. The staff was super friendly and helped us check in early, everything was convenient and since the island is small, everything was relatively close. The pool chairs and pool itself were wonderful and always clean! I would definitely come back and I do recommend it!"

"The photos online for the resort and spa were way prettier and nicer than what the actual place looked like. It was disappointing when arriving to the resort. Overall, we did not use many of the amenities as Key West had so much to offer for food, recreation and exploring. The property is nice but has seen better days. The room we thought we had purchased was not what we ended up getting. Based off the photos online I thought the room we had paid for was a newer room on the top floor with a glass balcony and new furniture. What we got was a 2nd floor room out of 4 with furniture that was seemingly thrown together and not as advertised. All things considered, good honeymoon location, but make sure you get the clarification you need before booking."

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was not very pleasent. Gave the expression that they didnt want to be bothered. However the restarent staff was awesome. Will come again."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our balcony overlooks the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets. House keeping was not good. They were short personal. We got our towels changed out everyday but no cleaning our room except for one day out of 5 days. The grounds was pretty and maintained. The restaurant was outside but nice. Chicken and roasters everywhere. The whole island was like that. The rooms were quiet and had ceiling fans in each room. I would stay here again. Parking was valet only."
