Knowing what you are getting
Site was super easy, we got the dollar amount for stay needed. But the photos provided were not as they were walking into apartment home. As this was a new hire just starting with our company. Finding termites all over the kitchen and most likely other locations in apartment but very visible in the kitchen and no hot water to shower that our employee had to shower at the gym. Is unacceptable! This was not a friendly welcome to our new employee. Had issues with door clock and was locked out, it took several days to get someone to assist as the front door had to be opened with a code. Water took about two weeks to fix and at that point requested another location to stay. That took additional weeks before finally doing but was done. Was it better, well it was the best we can get. If you do not get insurance, you are basically stuck. If you use Vrbo make sure to pay the extra money for the insurance! And know what you are getting having someone you may know where you are staying do a look over before paying is possible. I was excited to use Vrbo and it was a shame to have all these issues.
