Great family vacation rental

We were pleasantly surprised with the updates to the property since booking our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and clean as was the rest of the property. Traveling with kids the best feature was the brand new washer and dryer in the unit - very helpful!!! We had a great stay!!!

Roosters and cats

Recommend a rental car--about 4 miles to Southernmost Point, Hemingway House, etc. A lot of public parking, usually 7 per hour. Then easy walk around downtown area. Recommend El Siboney near Seaside Resorts for authentic Cuban food.

Sunrise Suite

The property was comfortable and spacious for three adults and two children. We were provided with all of the utensils, appliances, and cookware to prepare our meals. In addition, the atmosphere was enjoyable and serene including the warm swimming pool.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay at Vacasa. The amenities were perfect. Pool was perfect! The place we stayed at was clean and refreshing. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Can't wait for our next trip to the Keys.

Clean. Love the way it is decorated and the new appliances. Plenty of plates, cooking utensils. We had a great time! Used Uber to get downtown and it was quick and reasonable

Exactly what we needed

Plenty of room for all 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook quite a few meals at the condo. We enjoyed coffee, tea and smoothies on the balcony every morning. The tranquil pond area was full of wildlife - turtles, birds, lizards. We were able to ride bikes right from the condo to the paved path along the ocean and were delighted to catch a full red moon rising over the ocean.

Really Nice Place

Everything looked clean, sheets, bathrooms, and kitchen. There are some cracks on the tiles, but i was not there for the ascetics and it was not that bad. The complex was quite, the only bad thing is that there was not shuttle to Duval st and that SUCKED! That is why it 3 starts, but other than that issue we had an over all great time.

this is a very roomy condo, the beds are very comfy! You can tell nothing has been done to it in awhile as a previous person noted the cracked tile in the kitchen. There are other cosmetic things that need some work as well. We really enjoyed our stay, it's far enough away from the night life. We ran into problems when we tried communicating with the propery manager, would be days or no response at all.

Good Find

This suite is a colorful two-bedroom with a comfy king and queen bed. We rented it specifically for the kitchen which worked well for our needs. There is a Publix just down the road, too. Its location is decent, near the airport and Cow Key and about 20 minutes from Fort Zachary Taylor. Parking is free with the provided slip, though much of the rest of the island is paid parking at $5 per hour (a bike or motorized scooter would be ideal because you can find free parking in most places). It was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances worked, though the main TV didn't want to connect to the Internet. The kitchenware was nice enough, but the pans were a little scratched up. Overall, it was what we were looking for, and I'd be happy renting it again.

Condo was nice but the kitchen floor tiles were cracked and my husband cut his foot. Needs to be replaced soon. The hot tub does not work. The women’s bathrooms in pool area were locked. The washing machine does not work and I lost my money. Called service and was told the person that takes care of was in a meeting and would check it out after. But I went back to the laundry and the error codes were still on the machine!

Great time!

This was our first time staying in Key West and it was amazing. Familiar with Vacasa rentals and this was a great one! I will try to note on the important things. Parking was easy, the whole time. We stayed 4 days. Plenty of towels, dishes, supplies. Also the pool was great and wildlife everywhere!! Really cool. Kids loved it. The best thing for me was this particular unit has no wall neighbors so it was completely quiet. Only above and below you but no side neighbors. This is an end of the building unit so you have a private balcony also. You can’t see your car from the balcony but you can see the mangroves. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I read in some previous reviews about the airport being so close and it is. But it wasn’t bothersome at all. No planes were taking off at odd hours and honestly it was pretty cool to see a few planes taking off from our balcony so close. You’ve got to check out the pond with all the turtles if you stay ... really cool. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Pleasant stay

First of all, thanks for being so prompt at answering our concerns prior to our arrival. This was our first time visiting Key West. The unit was comfortable, clean and very accommodating to our needs for the length of our stay. It needs a little upgrading specially in the kitchen area. The cabinet material on the side of the sink is very worn out. The kitchen floor tiles are cracked and loose. However, all the utensils, dishes, glassware were accommodating to our needs. Yes, I will work with you again when we decide on our next trip. BTW, we enjoyed having the little convenient store in the development area. It made things easier. Thanks for your hospitality.
