PARADISE AWAITS...
This charming home is located in one of the most desirable locations in Key West, Casa Marina. Garden Hideaway is situated on an oversized lot which is filled with lush foliage that creates a luxurious garden oasis.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
There are four bedrooms in this sprawling home with a great layout that allows privacy. The spacious first floor primary suite has windows lining the sleeping space as well as French doors so you have wonderful views and access to the gardens and pool, furnished with a king bed and en suite bath to include a shower with a glass block enclosure and a soaker tub. The next bedroom acts a a suite with a small adjoining bedroom with a trundle bunk bed and en suite bathroom. An additional main floor bedroom has a Queen bed and French Doors that open to the outdoor patio. The fourth bedroom is located up the spiral staircase and comes with a queen size bed with a memory foam topper. There are two additional full bathrooms with showers on the first level of the home. All bedrooms come with TVs and plush bedding.

AMENITIES...
Step through the French doors to an expansive entry way which leads you to the heart of the home. The Great Room is open to the kitchen which makes this the perfect spot for entertaining. The living room has plenty of seating, a Sonos speaker system, smart flat screen TV as well as several windows overlooking the landscaped yard. Top notch dining furniture is available at the indoor table for 8 or out on the patio. The newly renovated kitchen has new dishware, cookware, kitchen utensils, and flatware as well as stainless appliances and is fully equipped. Fresh new cabinets and quartz countertops give the space a crisp, clean look. The home is glowing with recent updates to include new indoor/outdoor furnishings with upscale finishings.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Lush landscaping with automatic evening lighting creates an oasis that relaxes you once you step through the front gate. Stroll along one of the many brick pathways which travel throughout the property. Sit on one of the various decks, covered porches or seating areas with custom cushions, overlooking the gardens. Enjoy outdoor dining with your family with an unparalleled custom outdoor kitchen to include granite countertops housing a Coyote BBQ grill, 2 burner stove, ice maker, refrigerator, farm sink, stainless steel drawers and trash bin. Enjoy outdoor fans, lighting and a smart TV in this inviting space with a Solo fire pit for use on the occasional cool evenings. Whether swimming in the pool or lounging with a book, relaxation awaits.

This home is pet-friendly and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min.). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Fabulous Home - Fantastic Garden Getaway!

What a perfect spot for the month of March when it’s snowing in Colorado! We’d love to come back Garden Hideaway to enjoy being steps from the beach and the best of Key West restaurants and bars.

Tiny Couch bugs and the Smell of Mildew

We couldn't tell from the photos how run down the property was - until we arrived. We kept getting bit when sitting on the couch but couldn't see the bugs - maybe No-See-Ums. The property manager, Wendy Zintsmaster of Truman and Co, did attempt to resolve the problems, calling in people to spray and check for mold. We left early and they did give us a credit, but we missed most of our vacation. This property needs help.

Great stay in Key West!

We hosted 3 different groups during our stay in Key West. (From 6 YO - 68 YO) Everyone loved the property which has plenty of space for everyone and lots of options for eating, relaxing and hanging out. The 4 bikes were used extensively. Only a few negatives though. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, but had only 10 mis-matched plates and limited silverware. Very odd as the house sleeps 10. The dryer broke mid-stay and wasn't repaired until after we left. The repair person estimated 7-10 days for the part and it was 14+ days. Truman & Co was great at helping with laundry, especially all the linens, but it was an inconvenience.

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Garden Hideaway for several weeks Fall of 2021 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. First, the name fits perfectly, completely private yard with soaking pool. Communication with/from the property manager could not have been better. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and just a short walk to Southernmost. House is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Definitely 5 of 5, would be thrilled to stay again!

AMAZING!! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!

We recently stayed a week at the Garden Hideaway with our family. We could not have had a more relaxing time. Everything from the grounds, housekeeping, management, etc.. made this a phenomenal vacation. The home was everything that our family could have wanted, plus some. My husband's parents joined us and everything was accessible for them. That made the stay that much better. The location was key for us. We were able to park the car and walk or bike to the places we wanted to go. We recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again. Sincerely, The Carter Family

AMAZING

A week of luxury...A great retreat that is close to anything you would need on the island. Everywhere we went is within walking/biking distance. The bikes that were available to us were a great touch. This house has everything you could ever need and more. We cooked in the spacious kitchen, read on the huge covered patio and took dips in the pool while playing games with the kids. Very clean and everything was very well stocked, right down to the towels:) The layout of the house was great for privacy as well as big enough to have us all together for meals and lounging time. I will be back and see no reason to look elsewhere!
