There was confusion on the reserved dates. We were scheduled to arrive on Friday for two nights but should have been scheduled for Saturday arrival until Sunday. When we arrived on Saturday, the evening staff was rude and unhelpful because this was booked through Expedia. They would not move our dates even though they weren't completely booked on Friday so they were losing no revenue. So we paid for 2 nights for less than a 24 hour stay. In addition there were bugs all over the counters on the bath and kitchen. It was an overall awful experience.

Great property. Completely satisfied. The only downside was some noise in the pool area a few nights after 10pm (spring break partiers), when though announced policy was quite hours after 10. Didn't seem to be well enforced by property.

This hotel is HORRJBLE in terms of customer service. Expedia sent NO reminders of my upcomjnv reservation ( For $650.!) and Hyatt, even though not sold out charged my credit card the full amount. NO ONE would help, even in offering a partial refund. Going forward I will NEVER do business with expedia and will go out of my way to choose Marriott over Hyatt whenever possible. At least Marriott cares about their customers. Itis ABUNDANTLY CLEAR Hyatt does not

Property was well kept and clean. Balcony was screened in with excellent views and ceiling fan for comfort. Loved the washer and dryer to clean our clothes after catamaran excursion. Parking included but somewhat limited. Pool excellent, staff excellent. A bit expansive but was good price for two bedroom unit with full kitchen. Not super close to downtown.

This is a beautiful property inside and out with wonderfully spacious rooms, amazing master baths, laundry and screened patios. The downsides are that check out is early (10 am), they ask you to strip the beds and take out the garbage. The pool is also no more than 4ft in one section and there’s no real beach where you would want to swim in the ocean. They do have sand near the pool, great outdoor furniture and hammocks.

The facility was clean and staff was friendly. We were especially disturbed when checking in we were told that since we booked on Expedia, there would be a $45 a day facility charge. It wasn't explained what this is for since we were in a villa that didn't require any attention from staff until we left.
