Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.); We will issue a raincheck. If these unforeseen circumstances cause there to be a modification to your scheduled charter time/day during your stay, you are still required to go on the charter or take a rain check. Charter payment is part of booking price and is non refundable.

The host did not respond when we text on the bad condition of the boat. It was a fire hazard on the bottom floor. Lights on one side of the boat, including bathroom didn't work. The bottom floor was lighted by a hanging utility light. It cannot sleep 10. No hot water. We had 8 persons to our party and 2 had to sleep on the floor due to the mold on the ceiling downstairs. We ran out of water st 10 am on our last day - we couldn't even glush the toilets.We will never go back or suggest anyone else stay until they fix the boat.
