The Fitch was a great location—-we were traveling with kids. It was just out of the party scene, but still walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Duval St. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful rooms. The pool area was perfect for ending our day. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Check in lady was amazing, and the room was great. Nice location to walk most places. Free parking was tricky, but we managed it. There was a leak around the toilet which made the bathroom floor wet and a little gross. Otherwise it was nice and we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience at this inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with great recommendations for dining and local spots to explore. Their hospitality really elevated our stay. The property was super clean and well maintained, which made it feel both comfortable and welcoming. The location is ideal — easy walking distance to Duval Street and the boardwalk, so we were close to everything while still enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.
