This adorable retreat is located in what locals call “Mid Town” offering a true local’s experience and plenty of quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. The home is just minutes away from the beach and oceanwalk to watch the sunrise. Only 2 miles from Duval Street but just far enough away to have some peace and quiet.

DETAILS & AMENITIES…
A vibrant first impression greets you to this island hideaway with a front porch swing to soak up the surroundings of the local community. Step inside to find an open space showcasing light grey flooring throughout and updated decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a gas range stove, Kitchen-aid goodies, stainless steel appliances including an ice maker. The indoor dining table sits 6 and can be extended to 10. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open floor plan with a seating area for relaxing and reading. An office space with a desk is available for those working remotely in the room w the twin bed. Flat screen SMART TVs are available in all 3 guest rooms.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Enjoy a peaceful evening’s rest in either 3 of the guest rooms – all equipped with a flat screen TV and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The main bath includes a walk in shower with two shower heads and a view to the pool. You can even open the window to feel the breeze. The poolside bath includes an option to soak in the tub.
