STYLISH STUDIO ONE BLOCK FROM DUVAL…
Private studio apartment on Simonton Street one block from Duval. This home is located at the rear of the property and is perfect for a couple who wants to be near all the action.  
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

This quaint studio offers a queen size bed, kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, table for 2, and separate bathroom.  Perfect for a couple’s "no-frills" getaway.

Located a few doors down is Better Than Sex, Duffy's and Pisces restaurants.  It is the perfect location for anywhere you would like to go in Key West, and most importantly, it is one block from Duval.

This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Beautiful small property to visit Key West

Great property in the heart of Key West, walkable to just about everything one would want to do. The property itself is also tucked away from the road, quaint and quiet to be able to recover from the craziness of Key West.

Excellent Old Town location

Most enjoyed the close proximity to the heart of the Key West Old Town area. Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and museums. Very busy during spring break and St. Patrick's Day, so parking was difficult. Very quiet and comfortable with kitchen amenities, except there was no coffee for the coffee maker. Found coffee and other food items at CVS nearby.

Cozy hideaway close to Duval Street

This was a good spot to stay for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and just needed a couple days. It was great to be just a street over from Duvall Street and an easy Lyft ride to the wedding location. The room was very clean and the manager very responsive. The bathroom is a bit small but it was fine for our needs.

We stayed at Riptides this last week. Centrally located, this efficient unit is nestled right into the neighborhood just a few streets off of Duvall. It is still very quiet while close to action. Check in and communication with our host Whitney was great! Comfy bed, little kitchen and easy stay. It lived up to the positive ratings!

Whitney was very responsive to my questions and any concerns. I was there during Hurricane Milton and she was very supportive, suggesting a local grocery store I could use to get some food stuffs before the storm hit Key West. The location was very centrally located allowing me to walk everywhere while exploring Key West. Thank you for a great stay.
