"Perfect location. This cottage really is just steps to the beach, steps to the pool and a quick car ride to Main Street.The cottage itself was lovely. Clean and comfortable with a nice deck for added room.Tom was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We are return visitors and will definitely look at staying here again when next we visit the Cape."

"We had an amazing vacation! The house exceeded our expectations! Communication was very quick and they even checked in to see if we needed anything more. I can’t suggest this property or renter enough! Location was a very short walk to the quietest beach. More than anything you could need was in the house as well from cookware to the sweetest lap blankets for the cool night on the fabulous back deck. Thank you !!"

"There was 1 problem - upstairs bedroom was extremely hot - 1st night was difficult.Contacted the host the next morning and he did let us know what to do to solve the problem.Other than that, the house was very comfortable - we really enjoyed staying there and had an amazing time.Very greatfull we had the parking pass to get us into the beaches.Would highly recommend staying at this lovely home."

"Great week in Hyannis! House was lovely- very clean and great layout with all the rooms on one floor. Pretty yard with some shade. Close to town and beaches, and having the beach pass included was a plus! Beach chairs and toys were nice so we did not have to bring with us. Kitchen well stocked and gas grill was convenient. Basement with ping pong, foosball and plenty of board games good for the rainy days. Would definitely book this house again.Just a note because it does not come up until check out- there is a 119 damage protection fee you either have to pay, or put a 5,000 deposit where refunds are at the discretion of the property and not guaranteed."

"This was our second year at this property. We do enjoy the size of the house, the layout and location, but the upstairs was pretty warm. This year we travelled in August instead of September and it was considerably hotter. The upstairs, even with two fans that we brought with us, remained pretty warm. We set the ac at 68 and it was still not comfortable upstairs. Bring your own plastic wrap, plastic storage food bags, paper plates, sugar for coffee if you want them, otherwise the kitchen is fully stocked. We could have used more wash cloths and less hand towels, but we managed. We just did laundry earlier than planned. The hosts of this property are easy to get in touch with and I would recommend this vacation house."
