Back at the condo, you can start your day with morning coffee on the balcony. The living room fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for casual downtime, and a smart TV is equipped so you can stay up-to-date on all your favorite shows. Everyday home essentials include a well-appointed full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
A heated garage parking space (in addition to an additional outside parking pad), and a private ski locker round out the stellar list of amenities.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We really enjoyed our stay!!! We spent Christmas here. It was a great base for skiing A-Basin. Would be even more ideal for Keystone. House is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, great washer and dryer and was very clean. The garage is a little tight but very welcomed as it kept our SUV free of snow and we did not have to unload the skis every night. It was a fantastic place and I highly recommend it. I will be staying there again next year if it is available.
