Great location!
Spacious, well-maintained, loved the balcony & proximity to the ski lifts and a few local bars/restaurants. The hot tub was also nice.

Cozy Condo
Pros- clean, great location, nice views Cons- tv didn’t work, heat didn’t work, icy sidewalks. Would stay here again if the tv and baseboard heaters were fixed.

Great Spot
Great location and a five min walk to a lift. Some maintenance needs to be done like tightening hardware and fixtures, but the condo is priced accordingly. It’s time for a new bed for sure, but when you’re exhausted, it works. I’ll stay here again if I come back to Keystone.

Downhill quickly
Stayed here 8 months ago and everything was acceptable. This 7 night stay Dec 27-Jan 3 way too many deficiencies (12) I think! Notified property manager on first day and kept trying for three days to get some of them fixed but only lip service. Asked to talk to owner but of course that didn’t happen. Fireplace inop, hallway heater inop, smoke alarm no battery and sitting on kitchen counter, dirty pots, patio furniture ripped and too dirty to sit on, grill not even a little clean, kitchen sink very loose which made it harder to use, shower handle ready to come off, master bathroom light down to one bulb and very dim, no ski locker key, hot tub inop first two days, humidifier unable to fill tank, microwave glass tray not made for model so warbles all around while rotating, etc. I’ve never given a bad review but felt it might help the owner to recognize how down hill this unit has become! It will only get worse so Recomend staying somewhere else!

Was a good getaway experience
I was happy because the location was in a good spot. The hot tub was also amazing and nice to sit in after a day of running around doing things. The biggest plus for me was I was able to bring my dog Aria. Would recommend to friends/family.

Ok stay
It is located on the highway, so if you open the windows at night (which you will need to do in summer) you won't be able to sleep because of the noise. Probably a better location in winter. Other than that, it's fine. Oh - late check-in time is not good.

Good spot, lacking managers
A good ski trip location. The condo is seven minutes walking distance to the Peru lift down a mostly clean path of dog urine and fecies. More utensils were in the kitchen than other condos I’ve stayed at, which was nice for actual cooking to occur. It was clean and functional. The check in process went a little sideways with a bad key code, but was quickly fixed over the phone by the property manager company. The parking lot and ground level sidewalks were cleared of snow each day but the second floor between condos where there are missing windows was not. The microwave didn’t work and the manager response of fixing it for the next renter wasn’t ideal(no discount or solution was provided). I’d come back to the same location again, but not with the same manager company.

Location and view is great; decor is outdated a bit but it was so important to us that our pups could join us which was way more important.

The place was clean. The bed was uncomfortable
I ended up leaving a day early because the smell of air freshener was overwhelming and gave me a headache. I couldn’t air it out with the back door open. I also wouldn’t have stayed in keystone not knowing there wasn’t much there.

Peaceful getaway

Amazing location!
Stayed for a week to snowboard mostly at a basin and a couple days at keystone. Location was perfect, 5 mins down the road to a basin and walk to the lifts at keystone. The GOAT next door had great food and drinks, can walk right over. Also within walking distance of an amazing coffee shop with the best muffins ever! Location is perfect. The condo itself was perfect had everything you need, super clean. Love the fire place! Washer and dryer very handy as well with riding gear. Checking in and out was a breeze with a simple key code. Can’t forget the pool, hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend A+

Great get away from the city.
My kids and I loved staying at this spot. The condo had tons of space even though just a one bedroom. The deck was awesome to have. My kids loved swimming at the pool and I loved having trails in the back. The location is awesome! We went all over in a matter of minutes: Frisco, Copper, Silverthorne! I recommend the place to everyone. You will not be disappointed….it was well worth the price…some would even argue a steal.

It was great that we could have our dogs with us! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. * I liked they had a lot of towels/ Nice to have after the hot tub/pool * The toaster oven was a nice addition * The bed is very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be updated

Great condo.
We experienced some difficulty opening the sliding door, but the maintenance staff responded extremely quickly and the second time got it sliding more smoothly. The condo was great. Nice living furniture with a great view. I was disappointed it did not have a king bed and the mattress was not comfortable. Loved the location and the quietness of the property. Hardly any guest in the complex. I guess we came in the off season.

Slope side stay
I didn’t come for the skiing but if I ever decide to go board or ski I will definitely keep this property in mind. Very close to the lifts with a great view of the mountains. Liked that it was pet friendly as well. Property was nice for the money.

Great location for access to Keystone resort
We chose this property because it was close to Keystone and pet friendly. We were able to walk to Keystone in ~15 minutes time so the location was ideal to not have to drive. The condo was also easily accessible by elevator (the stairs were out of commission during our stay) and this made taking our dog outside an easy task. Cons for us: 1) Sound travels easily through the walls from adjoining units and we woke up to the sound of a vacuum above us one morning 2) the water temperature in the shower was only warm... not quite as hot as I prefer We also laughed at the size of the televisions because they were so small, and then we laughed at ourselves bc who needs tv while on vacation? All in all a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Keystone in the Mountain House condo. Very clean. Great location. We walked to Peru lift to ski and later walked to Luigi's at River Run for dinner. Great feature is the building is dog friendly so we were able to bring our furry friend as well. Saw many others with dogs of all sizes too.

Nice cozy 1 bedroom. Short walk to Montezuma lift. It wasnt a holiday weekend so it was very quiet. Dog friendly condo that even our pooch enjoyed. Nice midweek escape.

I've stayed in a lot of condos-- Pros: Very close to ski school & some of the Keystone lifts. Only a 15 minute walk to the newer area for kids to play, eat, gondolas, sledding. Lots to do in general w/out having to ski necessarily. Ice skating & sm. playground in the town square nearby, friendly people. Pretty view from unit. Allows dogs for a small fee. Good food nearby. Cons: Fridge did not stay cold; we lost our $100 Christm. turkey dinner/ all other food. Tough to keep a steady temp in the unit--3 different temp gauges to keep abreast of & fireplace only goes on an hourly timer. Elevator broke the day we arrived & was never fixed, so people constantly up/down the icy stairs; very noisy if you have napping kids/ need to sleep earlier than 10pm. Difficult to find the Vacasa office, saw a lot of confused people & office did not open until 4pm. Vacasa phone operator acted put out that I called to see about getting in the unit before 4pm, informing me that there were instructions about this in my email, which there weren't--early check in is a case-by-case. No info as to where the pool/hot tub/sauna or pkg garage were, & did not find them until our last day. Found dog hair on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed in between & we had drilling on both sides on Christm. eve. Finally, it was very cold & people let their dogs poo/pee all over the walk, stairs, trails; was never cleaned up. So gross, & my child stepped in it on the stairs-???
