We booked a room for 3 person two adults and a child, at the reception the rude staff told me that the reservation included only breakfast for the 10 year old child but not an extra bed and charged us extra 1000 bhat a night for a mattress on the floor of the room for him.
The place is full of mosquito also in the room but thailand is full of them so ok ...
The light from the window of the shower comes into the room forcing you to wake up.
Even though they have a smoking option in the reservation you are not allowed to smoke anywhere but the reception area.
The good things are the cool swimming pool the location and the size of the room.
