I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. "Apartment rooms with small kitchenette, very modern (built 2023) and very good value for the money. Very nice gym. Excellent breakfast. Only problem is they speak quite poor english at the reception and the restaurants. Seems to be a russian hotel because most guests spoke russian and there was russian employees at reception. "

"Beautiful location. We got supreme sea view - it was gorgeous! The property is spread out along a big hill. They have car pickup service to take you around - walking isn’t really recommended with everything so spread out and hilly. Recommend asking for building 4 which is near breakfast and is near drop off / pick up spot. We stayed 5 nights, which is probably a little long for such an isolated location - 3-4 days is probably fine. Infinity pool and sunsets were phenomenal."
