"The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because...

"Lovely property but no welcome from staff when you arrive and same at the reception area checking was worse that probably 2 stars staff didn’t look like they are interested in us and when we were their they have offered welcome drinks to othe customers who were before us but they were not looked happy as well.Room were okay but look old and shower was just normal.When you see property from outside it’s looks amazing but stay and service is not fantastic .we had dinner at night at multi cousin...

"I have booked and paid via expedia, and then I had to pay again, although I told the person at reception that it was already paid for. Then, I 've received a phone call to tell me that indeed it is double paid... and I have asked for a reimbursement. 1 month later, it is still not done!"
