"Pros: Magnificent views that could be enjoyed even if it rains. Large outdoor areas. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for a large family. Some minor renovations need to be completed.
Cons: Overflowing garbage from last group. Apparently garbage is only picked up once a week. After discussions garbage was eventually removed ."
