This 3 bedroom corner villa is situated in the desirable West Beach neighborhood. On the beach and surrounded by lush vegetation, it offers the perfect vacation for privacy, yet still offering partial ocean views. Located on the first floor for easy access, you can walk right off of your porch to the beach!

Enter to a modern, spacious layout with both traditional and contemporary accents to appease the taste of all its guests. The dining area seats six guests, offering plenty of eating space for any occasion. Make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the natural light from the grand sliding doors in the living room. This layout what truly designed to make guests feel welcome and right at home.

The master suite boasts a king size bed and TV of its own. The lucky patrons of this room get to enjoy the sizable private bathroom with newly furnished marble countertops, his and her sinks, separate vanity, and custom tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The third room offers a queen bed, TV and a private bathroom as well.

The outdoor porch space is perfect for guests to step outside and breathe in the ocean air.

This large condo on the beach has everything one needs to escape the every day and relax - lovely view of the flora and ocean, very short boardwalk to the beach, a condo with all the amenities.

Fun with the family

Easy to check in Clean (wife happy) Location was great!!!!! Able to hit the beach, and the golf course. Sat at the ocean course one day out side and had lunch 12 minutes away, I would suggest. Overall would go back.

Emergency Renovations derailed our perfect vacation

Rented a place with 2 minute walk to the beach but was told weeks before our vacation that "Emergency Renovations" had to occur and they offered us a nice home but a 10 minute walk instead of 2. This took away the ability to go back and forth for the ease of bathroom, food and rest breaks. This change in venue makes for a total different vacation experience in terms of what we purposely rented and was given as an alternative.

Great location but…

Condo was not the cleanest or the most up to date. Needs an inside paint ob and decent mattresses. Bathrooms definitely need help- lever and knob is loose. Kitchen was spartan. Glasses, silverware, and pots and pans were sad. No rail down inside steps for safety for young and old. Wish it were better loved, because it could be great. Good washer and dryer.

Sweet spot

We love this villa. It is spacious and well-designed, has a great outdoor space with ocean views and wildlife among the dunes. Very convenient to the beach. Peaceful and quiet.

Much needed getaway

We love staying at the Seascape Villas and this unit was great for three couples. The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. It was a bonus to find there were ample beach chairs available for us on the porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we were looking for and more. The sunny porch was our favorite spot to relax in the afternoons. Beautiful villa at a beautiful resort, even in the off-season (our visit was in December)!

Thanksgiving

We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at Kiawah! Cute condo with space for everyone (there were 6 of us). Easy walk to the beach right out the back door. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is the cheap knives. They don’t cut anything. Bring your own if you plan to cook.

Location and easy access to beach

This property is a short drive to Fresh Fields, Cougar Point and the Kiawah General Market. 3 minute walk to the beach, and the property provides beach chairs and boogie boards. Quality furniture, bath towels and technology (TV & WiFi). There are some exterior and interior areas that need attention, but still provides a comfortable stay. Great communication with management property, too.

See star ratings. We had a great stay there. Loved the coveted deck. Just as described in the listing. Unfortunately we had to call the office to operate all bedroom tv's. One remote did not function. No response at all from office re roaches.

My only complaints are the excessiveness of the inside roaches... had to call maintenance to spray. The tv in one of the rooms didn't work; neither did the lighted make-up mirror.

Fantastic place for a short break

Absolutely lovely place on the beach which was secluded enough for a great get away but not far from restaurants and amenities. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable.

Cozy Beach getaway
