We loved the house. Nice bedrooms with bathrooms. Pool and hot tub was great. Elevator was a big plus. The walk to beach was nice and there was a wagon we could use. Kitchen was great. The dishwasher did quit working not Sweetgrass came to our rescue with paper plates! Will go back to this house in 2025!

Nice location
Overall, we had a nice stay. The house's location just a very short walk/ride to the beach was ideal.
We had a wonderful stay. The property held our family of 12 very comfortably. It felt like staying in someone’s home versus a rental property. Every age group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Easy access to the beach and the young kids were in the pool when they were n’t at the beach. Really appreciate the owners the owners opening their home for rentals.
Beautiful large home with a cozy feel. Perfect for our fall getaway with 10 gals. Spacious rooms and oversized bathrooms. Main living room/dining room/open kitchen was a perfect common space. The Hot tub and pool got a lot of use! Quick walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.
We really loved the property. But when I contacted VRBO for service unrelated to our stay, it was exactly what you would expect from a computer operated business. Ultimately frustrating and no answer.
What a great week, the house was fabulous tons of room for everyone. Every room was thought out, the whole house was so much fun. The kitchen was well equipped and we love to cook so that is saying something. Tons of space for everyone to spread out, the pool and hot tub were great! Bonus we didn't realize that the pool was up so high above the ground! This meant virtually no mosquitos because they like to stay about ground level, so having the pool up high was wonderful. The kids could swim and see the alligators swimming in the lagoon they thought it was wonderful! We loved this house.

Family vacation
The space in the house was great and the pool area was very nice. Our walk to the beach was good too! Our disappointment was not having a working oven or dishwasher. The dishwasher was replaced on the third day . The oven was never repaired . They finally got the parts on Friday morning which didn’t help us at all. We managed to use the grill for our meals . The refrigerator was also not functioning properly. I talked with Sweetgrass properties and told them that the house needs a lot of attention. It is a nice house but just needs some updating. We would rent the house again but only if they improved the appliances and furnishings in the family room.
This is a nice house with a great location. The bedrooms and common areas worked perfectly for our group. We had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub. The rental management company was excellent! They were very responsive and friendly. The home does have some maintenance issues, however. Some of the appliances just do not work very well. The oven heats very unevenly; burns on one side and does not cook thoroughly on the other. The wood floors on the main level have a lot of damage; particularly under the dining table and a strange taped area in one of the main level bedrooms. The refrigerator and freezer have rather large dents. We had constant issues with the hot water heaters even though no one was taking any long showers and we were spacing showers apart. Two people could barely take a quick shower before the water was completely cold. Overall, a great home with plenty of space and great beach access just in need of some TLC.

Price not worth the stay.
The floors had either termite or water damage that gave you the feeling you were going through the floor. There were deep gouges in the floor, the sofa table as well as the nightstands. The fridge with ice maker in the patio room did not work, nor did the fan, the ice maker in the fridge starting working on Thursday night. The downstairs washer would not spin the water out of the clothes. There was not a decent skillet in the house nor sufficient serving dishes. I was disappointed in the condition of the house with the cost per night. Would not recommend the property.
The house had well thought out space, roomy bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen. Great pool with a wonderful pond view. Even the walk to the beach was enjoyable, long enough to bike, but short enough to walk.
We love Kiawah and have stayed at many different properties bigger and smaller. This was perfect for our group this time around. The house was very warm and welcoming. Location was perfect! We love that area. Saw a lot of wild life this time a year our girls loved it! The weather could not have been more perfect!
Great house! Excellent location. Short walk to beach. Excellent kitchen and all you need to cook. Ensuite bedrooms. House lays out nice for big family. Pool and grill nice. Very happy with property.

Nice home but needs some work. The bedroom door opening to the screened in porch by the pool does not lock and the handle comes off when you try to open it. The pool and hot tub also need work. They both have cracks in them. The hot tub has tiles coming off and 2 of the children with us cut their hands on the areas where the tiles are missing. Also quit a few light bulbs are burnt out especially in the kitchen area. I would expect the house to be in excellent shape for the price we paid for the week.

Awesome house and location for kids!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 350 Walker Cup! The kids spent a ton of time in the pool and the outdoor fireplace was great to warm up on a chilly night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and loved the open floor plan to the large eating table and tv area. The rooms were very spacious and second floor had a good setup for kids with lots of sleeping space. The house location was in a cul-de-sac which reduced traffic and made biking great for kids. The house was right on the path to the beach and had great paved walkways for running and biking. We could not have been happier with the house and location. The house was very homey and well loved by the owners. We look forward to coming back!

Our stay
The house was perfect! Everything worked perfectly. We enjoyed the surf walk to the beach.
We had 7 adults and 5 children with ages of 4 to 74. There was definitely something for everyone from swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, to walking or riding bikes to the beach. The adult girls took advantage of the spa at the Sanctuary.
There are a few things that need to be addressed. One washer the spin cycle didn’t work so you had to take clothes to the washer downstairs to get an extra spin. The washer and dryers are very old and should be replaced. There were many palmetto bugs we killed in the house. Should be a better pest control company that is used. Overall it was fine. Close to the beach was a bonus
We had a wonderful week at Kiawah Island! The home was clean and having a pool was a must! Plenty of space and amenities. Would definitely rent this property again.
Only thing that could have been improved was communication letting us know about the pool cleaning and a service call - just caught us by surprise.

great location
house is spacious easily accommodating large families. kitchen was extremely well stocked and very good for cooking meals for all of our guests. some disrepair noted - flooring in kitchen was actually dangerous, particularly in that it was covered by a rug, sofas and chairs should be replaced, sliding screen door was off the track so couldn't leave the door open, carpenter bees everywhere outside, should have made garage available for guest use - cars were trashed by overhanging tree debris, no ESPN or Golf channel available on Masters week at a golf resort???
